Introduction

 ezTask.io is a sales automation platform that helps your sales team by increasing productivity as much as 30%. This platform is available in Web app and mobile app.

 

Lead Management

View All Leads (Web)

User can view all leads by clicking on top leads menu. This action will show leads in list view.

User can change to the pipeline view by clicking on pipeline icon available at the right corner. Pipeline view will show all leads of a specific pipeline in a column format.

Sorting Leads

In the leads list view, user can sort leads by clicking on the column headers.

Filtering leads

User can filter leads by different parameters by clicking on filter menu available at top right corner of leads list view page.

View All Leads (Mobile)

User can view all leads in the mobile app by clicking on the Leads icon in home screen

View Single Lead

In the all leads view screen; user can tap on any lead to view lead details. This will open single lead view.

Create lead

User can create a lead by clicking on new lead button (Web app). In mobile app you can touch on the bottom right corner of +(plus) button.

Update Lead

Web – User can edit the lead in view mode. User need to have permission to edit lead.

Mobile – User can edit lead by clicking on pen icon

Delete Lead

For Web app, user can delete the lead by clicking on Delete menu option available on top right corner of the lead view.

For Mobile App, user can delete by touching on delete icon available at top right corner title bar.

Deleting a lead marks the lead deleted. Admin can find all deleted leads in Leads List View with selecting “Deleted” filter. Video(Web)

 

Lost Lead Reason

User need to enter lost reasons for marking a lead lost. First Admin needs to create a set of lost reasons in config.

Pipeline Management

Pipeline is a way to customize workflow for lead management. User can create a new pipeline by clicking on new pipeline in leads view.

Product Management

User can manage multiple products.

Add Product

User can add product by clicking on New Product button in products page

Category field is an auto-complete data field, it auto-suggests the category as user types.

Contact Management

User can manage contacts. There are two types of contacts in the system people contact and organization contact. User can view contacts by clicking on appropriate menu.

Edit Contact

User can edit contact by clicking on edit option in action menu

Create Lead

User can create a lead from contact by clicking on create lead on action menu. The contact and its organization will be added to the lead.

Organization Management

User can manage Organizations. In Web app User can view organizations by clicking on appropriate menu i.e. Contacts -> Organization

Click on menu Contacts -> Organizations will show all organizations in your system.

Edit Organization (Web)

User can edit the organization by double clicking on the organization row in the organizations view table.

Address field is auto-suggest field. It uses google place search to show places

Team Management

ezTask.io provides features needed for a smooth team management. Its permission-based role will enable maintaining visibility and access control to sensitive data and features of ezTas.io

Permission Group (Web)

 

Admin can view all permission groups by clicking on Permission Groups in left hand side menu. By default, system will create a “default group” permission group.

View/Edit Permission Group (Web)

User can view/edit a permission group by double-clicking on action icon of the Permission group.

Attendace

User can able to checkin/checkout and record attendances. Without this permission, user will not able to any checkin/checkouts

Calls will be logged

Can Create Pipeline

Users with this permission can create pipelines

 

Attendance (Web)

Admin can view attendances of all users, Team lead can view attendances of his/her team and User can view his/her attendances by clicking on User Management -> Attendance icon.
