ezTask.io is a sales automation platform that helps your sales team by increasing productivity as much as 30%. This platform is available in Web app and mobile app.
User can view all leads by clicking on top leads menu. This action will show leads in list view.
User can change to the pipeline view by clicking on pipeline icon available at the right corner. Pipeline view will show all leads of a specific pipeline in a column format.

In the leads list view, user can sort leads by clicking on the column headers.

User can filter leads by different parameters by clicking on filter menu available at top right corner of leads list view page.

User can view all leads in the mobile app by clicking on the Leads icon in home screen

In the all leads view screen; user can tap on any lead to view lead details. This will open single lead view.

User can create a lead by clicking on new lead button (Web app). In mobile app you can touch on the bottom right corner of +(plus) button.

Web – User can edit the lead in view mode. User need to have permission to edit lead.

For Web app, user can delete the lead by clicking on Delete menu option available on top right corner of the lead view.
For Mobile App, user can delete by touching on delete icon available at top right corner title bar.

Deleting a lead marks the lead deleted. Admin can find all deleted leads in Leads List View with selecting “Deleted” filter. Video(Web)
User need to enter lost reasons for marking a lead lost. First Admin needs to create a set of lost reasons in config.

Pipeline is a way to customize workflow for lead management. User can create a new pipeline by clicking on new pipeline in leads view.

Category field is an auto-complete data field, it auto-suggests the category as user types.

User can manage contacts. There are two types of contacts in the system people contact and organization contact. User can view contacts by clicking on appropriate menu.

User can manage Organizations. In Web app User can view organizations by clicking on appropriate menu i.e. Contacts -> Organization

Admin can view all permission groups by clicking on Permission Groups in left hand side menu. By default, system will create a “default group” permission group.
